Prices shown below are per cottage per week. Bookings are usually from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday especially during the Summer months. Prices coloured blue are for accommodation in your chosen cottage, prices in black are for accommodation and 6 hours private access to our Spa area during your stay with us, further details here. You make the choice- either lovely 4 star accommodation on is own or luxury 4 star accommodation with Spa facilities included.

If you like our cottages and are thinking of booking why not have a look first at our lovely new seaside apartment. Sleeping up to 8 and with wonderful views of the harbour from every room it is situated in a smashing wee fishing village called Eyemouth only 45 minutes from Edinburgh. ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Spa Area- with hot tub, sauna, kitchen, heated swimming pool, barbeque, loungers, indoor and outdoor seating areas, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor bars
WHY?? well, not everyone wants to use such facilities, in an all inclusive self catering holiday you have to pay for the facilities whether you use them or not with us you pay only if you use them ! If you just want to stay in our lovely cottages at a reasonable price you can do so without having to subsidise the swimming pool! You can also try it out for a 2 hour session a £40 or even just an hour at £25.
- Dog charge - Each dog is charged at £20 email me if you have more than one or it is very small and I will reduce the charge!. Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. A deposit of £100 will be asked for all bookings with dogs which will be forfeit if any evidence of the dog remains. All dog bookings must be authorised in advance by email .
- Electricity - charged at cost by meter reading before and after your stay - it can be paid by cheque or cash. Usual costs are between £5- £15 per week in Summer and £15 - £50 in Winter.
- End of stay Clean - While we do not expect you to leave the cottage as found or strip beds we would like you to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy state when you leave. If you prefer to just get up and go in the morning of departure and leave this for someone else there is an additional charge of £20.
SHORT BREAKS
Due to the popularity of our cottages we can rarely accept short break bookings between March and November. If you would like to book a short break between March and November please contact me no more than 2 weeks before the proposed dates of your holiday.

LONGER BOOKINGS
We can sometimes accommodate guests for longer periods especially during the Winter months at reduced rates. Please contact us for further details.
Please note that there is a railway track some distance from the cottages, it is separated from the cottages by a small wood and a large field however you can hear the trains slightly when outside. With double glazing and 3 foot thick walls it is not a problem inside!
